Cancellation Policy

Sendrover's cancellation policy explaining how to cancel your subscription and what happens to your email marketing data.

Overview

This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellation of services provided by Sendrover.

Self-Service Cancellation

You can cancel your Sendrover subscription at any time through your account dashboard:

  1. Log in to your Sendrover account
  2. Navigate to "Account Settings" > "Subscription"
  3. Click on "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation

Template & API Data Access

When you cancel a subscription, your email templates and API configurations will remain accessible until the end of your current billing period.

  • When you cancel a paid subscription, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the current billing period
  • After cancellation, your account will automatically downgrade to the free plan when your paid period expires

Free Plan

Users on the free plan can continue using Sendrover with limited features indefinitely or delete their account at any time.

Account Deletion

To permanently delete your account and all associated data:

  1. Log in to your Sendrover account
  2. Navigate to "Account Settings" > "Privacy"
  3. Click on "Delete Account"
  4. Follow the prompts to confirm deletion

Data Retention

After account deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our active systems within 30 days, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Data Export

Before cancellation or deletion, you may want to export any templates or configurations you wish to keep. The platform provides options for exporting your data through the account settings.
